Multi-Disciplinary Experience

The firms's founder, Dr. Edward J. Pallotta Jr., Esq., is an attorney, a California licensed psychologist (psy25244), a certified public accountant (California and Massachusetts - inactive) and a certified Eldercaring Coordinator for Orange County Superior Court, where he also qualified and serves as a member of the Probate Mediation Panel and a qualified  voluteer assisting in Mandatory Settlement Conferences.  Ed uses the combination of these skills to provide a level of service rarely offered in the estate planning,  trust and estate administration, mediation, and coaching fields.

Mediation Services

The mediation services offered by Pallotta Law, APLC differ from typical mediation services most often encountered in the Southern California area.  Many mediators describe themselves as "neutral", which may create undesirable distancing from the parties.  Pallotta Law, APLC differs by stribing to be seen as "omni-partial", that is, fully on each participant's "side" in a effort to fully explore underlying issues, minimize conflict and maximize reults.  Underlying this approach are Ed's certifications from Harvard Law School in negotiation and mediation from their Program on Negotiation. This method is often credited with high rates of success in shorter time frames with greater client dignity. It promotes achieving client interests and solutions that stand the tests of time.
